Time

I'm sitting in my living room - killing time.

I've already put away my clean laundry, laundry that I woke up at 3am to finish. I've put my dirty dishes away. Picked up the random articles and items I've left around the apartment, and put those in their right place as well. I've lit a candle so it smells better. I took out the trash and recyclables (so it smells better, too). I've taken red peppers out of the freezer so I can make soup, or at least roast them.


I haven't vacuumed. I haven't dusted. I have wiped down the kitchen counter.

I'm waiting for the UPS truck to arrive, because it's delivering a brand new camera. After a few years with my trusty Kodak, I'm taking a step up and entering the DSLR world.
